By purchasing, registering for, or using the Platform, you (the "User") confirm that you have read, understood and fully agreed to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of the Service

Ai4Sellers provides a sales-team training platform through voice-based AI sales simulations, automated competency-based assessment, leaderboards, reports and completion certificates.

Simulations and assessments are generated by AI models and are intended for educational and professional development purposes. Results do not constitute a guarantee of future sales performance.

3. Registration, Access and Security

Salesperson access is personal and non-transferable, granted via an access code sent by email. The User is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under their account.

The training manager is responsible for the data of any salespeople they register and for obtaining the authorisations necessary for that registration. Report any unauthorised use of an account immediately.

4. Purchases, Payment and Pricing

Purchases are made by buying enrolments on the website, with payment processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). The prices and terms in force are those shown at the time of purchase.

Discount vouchers, where available, follow the specific rules of each campaign and are not cumulative unless stated otherwise.

5. Guarantee, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, the User may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) calendar days of purchase confirmation, with a refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation and refund requests must be made through the contact channels indicated in these Terms. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used, within the provider's applicable timeframes.

6. Acceptable Use of the Platform

The User must not: (i) share credentials or allow third-party access; (ii) attempt to circumvent security mechanisms, quotas or assessments; (iii) submit unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights; (iv) use the Platform for purposes other than the training purchased.

Breach of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including software, personas, scenarios, prompts, assessment methodology, trademarks, text and materials — is owned by Ai4Sellers or its licensors and is protected under applicable law.

Purchase grants the User a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for the purposes of the training, and reproduction or distribution without authorisation is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". Ai4Sellers makes reasonable efforts to keep it available and secure but does not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ai4Sellers is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business decisions made on the basis of simulation results.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, dated with a "Last updated" notice. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.

10. Governing Law and Contact

This Privacy Policy describes how Ai4Sellers, acting as data controller, processes personal data within the Platform, in compliance with Brazilian Federal Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD — General Data Protection Law).

Registration data (name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, national tax ID where applicable, and company name); payment data processed by the payment provider (we do not store full card details); and training usage data (simulations, transcripts, assessments, progress and metrics).

We use the data to: perform the training contract (contract performance); process payments and comply with legal obligations (legal obligation); generate assessments, leaderboards, reports and certificates (contract performance and legitimate interest); and communicate about the service.
